What we keep
When you join the waitlist we keep only: the email address or WhatsApp number you type, which product you chose, the country your connection comes from (for example “LK”), and the date.
Why
Only to tell you when early-bird places open for that product. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not send advertising.
What we do not keep
We do not store your IP address. To stop spam, we keep a one-way scrambled code of it for at most two days, which cannot be turned back into your address. The website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. Your light or dark choice is remembered only in your own browser.
Where it is kept
In a private database on Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Only ZegBit founders can open it.
How long
Until the product opens and we have told you, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, under Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022. Email hello@zegbit.com or WhatsApp +94 77 580 3068 and we will do it within 7 days.
